Commodore SAH’TASHA was assigned to Starbase 95 in the beginning of the cold war with the Dominion,which later turned into open conflict between the Klingon/Federation allied forces,and the Cardassian/Dominion alliance.
The Commodore was given the title of Supreme Commander of the 58th Squadron which comprised of over 12 combat Starships,and support vessles,……Commodore Sah’taus’uah had more than enough experience in maintaing fleet operations during the most destructive war in our galaxy‘s history.
During the famous invasion of the Chin’tauka system,she lost several starships to Cardassian orbital defense platforms,including the U.S.S. Valley Forge (NCC-43305)
which struck her severally since she use to be Captain of that particular Excelsior class Heavy Cruiser before her recent promotion to Commodore.
Miraculously StarFleet won the battle by destroying the automated orbital defense platforms,and for the first time since the beginning of the war,StarFleet troops landed on Dominion Occupied Territory.
Many Years earlier the Commodore was a lieutenant aboard the Caitian Heavy Cruiser Kil’Rauth’ie,then applied for the Alien Officer Exchange Program so she could learn Starfleet tactics to later return to her Home world to teach them.
After serving two years aboard the Ambassador class Starship U.S.S. Zuhkov,she decided to stay in Starfleet.
It took her a while to get enough recommendations,and sponsors to assist her in her application for StarFleet Academy but since she already had deep space experience aboard the Kil’Rauth’ie,and her posting aboard the Zuhkov with the field commission of Acting Ensign,she was finally accepted after scoring well on her placement exams.
